I know some people think that internet chat forums have replaced the need for expert help, but I heartily disagree. I would compare it to chat forums for medicine. Sure, you can go online and learn about an illness, but you still need a doctor. And for home theater, you need a designer. There is no substitute for that. Think about it this way: when you buy a car, do you go on Ebay and buy seats, an engine, various body parts, then try to assemble them together in your garage? No, of course not. In fact, that idea sounds crazy, doesn't it? Well, that's what we think about the people who go and buy disparate pieces and try to assemble a home theater. They focus on how much they saved, but in most cases they achieve far less performance per dollar invested than they would have gotten by just coming to us, telling us what they want and what the buget is, and letting us put our expertise to work. Just as you want your car to be designed and built by the best qualified people, you want your theater or listening room designed and built by people who are qualified to do a great job.

I know some people think because of our name that all we sell is the very most expensive brands. While we do love very fine gear, we are also proud of the work we have done in modest homes, such as our own. Anyone can build a great system on an unlimited budget. Please take a look at the pictures of a few of the client systems we have done. We’ve designed and installed systems ranging from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Whatever price level you are shopping at, we can do the job right the first time and save you money.

We see all the time where clients go into Best Buy, Circuit City or one of the other big box stores and buy projectors or sound equipment that the salesmen there tell the client will work in his home, but then when he gets it home the picture or sound is not of a satisfactory quality. We have executives of Best Buy who get their Runco projectors from us. Why? Because the best they sell is still not good enough for the discriminating client who wants a first rate theater or audio experience. In fact, you'd be amazed how many dealers who make their living selling projectors from Sony and JVC come to us to get Runcos for their own homes!

We are different. We use exactly the same products we sell in our homes. We don't start selling a line til we have thoroughly tested it for quality, value, and durability. We are more loyal to our customer than to anyone else. When something better comes along, we'll switch to the new thing and share that information with our customers, unlike a lot of dealers who are more focused on getting rid of what they have in stock than meeting the needs of their client. This website is a work in progress and does not yet reflect the level of quality that I think it should. I let a friend of mine create a basic website for me a few years ago, it was good of him to do it and I am grateful, but it had a lot of problems with it too. What I have decided to do now, in 2012, is to learn basic HTML myself and try to do the website myself. I am still going to leave up some of the historic stuff that Kyle did, with some edits, but I hope over time to be able to create something of higher quality overall. I hope you will take what is here for what it's worth but not judge us too harshly for it as our expertise in designing beautiful rooms for our clients is far ahead of my expertise in doing a website!
